Had a great race today at the Hermansberg Mudman, I managed a second place overall in the ladies.

Started off coming 7th overall after the swim & 5th in the woman, came out of the transition zone 3rd out of the ladies, at the end of the cycle I was sitting in 1st with 2nd place just behind, just didn't have the legs for the run, but managed to keep a firm 2nd place overall in the ladies. (half swim)

I'm very happy with my result after a hard week of f sport.
I cant wait for the rest of the events in the series.
