MUDMAN #4 2012
What a great event today at hosted by Richmond Primary!
I had a great swim, 4th overall out the water but my legs were very heavy on the cycle and run from the XC national the day before!
I was very happy with my 1st place in the women, half distance after a sprint finish!

The Mudman series has been great this year!
Will be back next year for sure!

2nd at XC NATIONAL #2
The second XC kicked off in Pretoria on Saturday (14th April) at Fountains Nature Park.
The track was very fast!
Mostly flat, with a few sharp climbs and bridges.
Deffinetly a tough day in the saddle!
I am happy with my result, alought I did not feel as strong as I would have liked on the day
