This is my first post of many. I want to use this platform as a place to share my journey as an athlete as well as give some insight into my daily life.

The triumphs, struggles, daily grind, travels, some tips and tricks for a healthier and more balance lifestyle and some skills I have learnt to prevent injuries.

We are all learning everyday and I don't pretend to be an expert on these things. I just hope to spark some joy in anyone who would like to follow my journey.
