After a few polls on my instagram page its appeared that the want for healthy recipes had the most votes. I am going to post several of my favourite feel good recipes which I love and I am sure you will enjoy them too. Recipe 1: D.I.Y. TURMERIC SOY LATTE.
This is my go to lately after being back in the pool. It warms me up in this cold winter weather, is super easy to make and gives me a spicy kick. I personally find it sweet enough without honey :)
